NIRMAN 3rd Edition is Silicon Innovation and Promotion Cell’s annual-inter college tech event. As the third iteration of this event, NIRMAN 3rd Edition will bring together over 1000+ student tech enthusiasts from across the country for a hybrid, weekend-long high-tech event. We emphasize learning through doing, and welcome students regardless of any technical or management background. Your support will help us provide our hackers with materials, prizes, food and a lot more.

'NIRMAN', a technological festival, was organised from 28th April 2022 to 30th April 2022, under the patronage of Silicon Innovation and Promotion Cell. The motto being "Rise with Technology", the festival comprised of various events like Robotics-Line follower, Robo race, Ideathon and Hackathon. Passionate minds across the nation united to ideate and innovate and got a chance to win cash prizes upto INR 1 Lac.

I am a beginner, can I participate ?
You should register for Nirman because this event is all about getting that experience! The events provide a great environment to get started.
Can I participate in all of these events ?
You are welcome to participate in any or all of these events. If you want to participate in only one, you are able to do so. These events include people with a variety of skill levels and abilities. Teams of 3-4 are required.
What is a hackathon ?
Hackathons allow students to come together to create tech projects in a collaborative environment. Throughout the event, teams of students will brainstorm, design, code, and create amazing projects.
Is Nirman an offline or online event ?
This will be an offline/In-person event, held on the campus of Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar.
Can anyone outside Silicon Institute of Technology participate in nirman ?
Everyone from any institute in India can participate in this event.
What is the registration fee ?
The registration fees for Hacknation is ₹100 per member and for rest of the events ₹50 per member.
